This specialty program will focus on kids ages 6-12 and is dedicated to their health and wellness while providing a foundation for lifelong fitness. We will incorporate sound, safe and effective functional whole body movement into each session. Your child will learn the basics of body awareness and safe exercise while developing self-confidence and having fun with friends!
During each session, your child will learn technique and receive instruction in various CrossFit movements ranging from squats and cleans to pull-ups and handstands (please note we do not use weighted bars). We will also talk about nutrition and the importance of making good choices in order to fuel your body for success.
