Foundations Page

If you are new to CrossFit we have you covered. The Foundations Program is designed to introduce new athletes to CrossFit. In the program you will receive five one on one 45 minute Foundations sessions with one of our skilled coaches. In these sessions we will emphasize skill development and introduction to the fundamental movements of CrossFit. These movements include:

  • Squatting
  • Pressing
  • Deadlift
  • Basics of the Olympic Clean
  • Basics of the Olympic Snatch
  • Gymnastics

By the time you have completed the program, you can be sure that you will be ready to join in the group classes. The Foundations sessions can be scheduled at a time suitable to you.
