Justin is the co-owner of CrossFit Coconut Creek. He has had a love for sport and fitness going back to his youth. He enjoys basketball, football and all water sport activities. Justin has been a CrossFit coach for over 10 years.

I have been training at CFCC for almost 4 years. It is a fantastic facility with fantastic members who are always friendly and motivating. Justin and his staff of coaches take the time to individually and collectively teach you proper form on movements, and motivate you to levels you never thought possible. They will even custom tailor diet plans for you if so desired. This is not your stereotypical CrossFit gym filled with intimidating meatheads. All of the members are friendly, motivating people of all ages and fitness levels, from advanced to beginner. I have made many great friends here, some who will remain so for a lifetime. I highly recommend CrossFit Coconut Creek to anyone looking to get serious about their fitness goals, but even more so because of the great staff and people you will find here.

If you ever wanted to try CrossFit, this is the place to do it. Out of all the boxes I’ve visited and been a member of, not one comes near CFCC. The workouts are challenging, and appropriately scaled when needed, the coaches know their stuff and make sure that you are doing the movements safely and properly. You will get fitter and stronger. But what makes it rise above all the other boxes are the members. I’ve made lifelong friends at this place, and even while living across the country, coming back to this place is like coming home. The members are supportive, hard working, and just downright great people.

To accomplish your goals faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy foods in quantities that support fitness training but not body fat. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
